The sale was Murphy’s Law in action, and took nearly a year to complete thanks to a difficult co-op board and other extenuating circumstances. Throughout, everyone was patient and professional (including David), and even took the time to get to know the members of the board in order to facilitate the eventual approval. Since I was out of state, they helped arrange for professional services, dealt with mortgage companies . . . a true full-service experience.
